Ugh. that is all i have to say. just UGH! I'm not going to get into details but I am so frustrated with life right now. I have so many questions for my life it's exhausting. You would think after all the crap I've gone through recently that I would get a break at some point. NO? ok cool thanks God. I mean, I know you got some big plan for me but a sign or light at the end of the tunnel would be nice. Alright. no more venting.

I like to be in bed by 10:30 but I always wait for Tim to get home so I can see him :-) so probably around 11:30... boo

absolutely not. people are dumb.

I'm obsessed with my eye liner bc you can wear it all day long and it doesn't run or smear. Bobbi Brown gel ink: totally recommend it!

6. if you could only wear one designer/brand for the rest of your life...what would it be?

EXPRESS!!! my close friends know that 98% of my closet comes from that store.

7. what's your summer must have?

a tan.

8. do you make weekly dinner menus?

ha! no, but i do try to figure out at least one thing I wanna cook so I can have leftovers for lunch at work! :-)

So, instead of doing grown up productive things on this lovely Sunday like paying bills, packing for Salt Lake City, and doing laundry... I wanted to share with you people the lovely black man in my life:

JACK!!!

Yup, that's right. He's a studly 85 lb lab that has stolen my heart. Although I cannot stand the amount of hair that leaves his body on a daily basis, I cannot get enough of this drool bag. Friday after work I took him to the nature preserve by our apartment and he LOVED IT!!!! He had such a good time on the trails and in this creek. I love taking him on walks and to do things like this because you can just tell how excited he is about getting out of the apartment. Check out how cute he was in the creek. Oh, and please pardon my ridiculous voice talking to him.... 

Isn't he just precious? Gah, I love him. I even took him to PetSmart after the creek trip to get him a new collar and toys. Yup, mom spoils him :-) My poor baby won't get walked hardly at all this week since I'm going to be gone to Utah. I'm so glad this is my last week of travel so I can FINALLY seriously start looking at getting another dog. Jack needs a friend :-) Alright guys, well that's all I have but enjoy the rest of the photos of this sweet lil boy.

Happy Superstitious Day! I'm so glad Friday is finally here!!!! I need this weekend to relax before I go out to Salt Lake City on Monday.  I am not the least bit superstitious so I thought I would take today to tell you all the top 13 little things that make me really HAPPY :-)

1. Dogs: Nothing can turn your day around like a sweet pup

Now I know what you're thinking: "Sweet Lord I'm jealous of Jessica"- but it takes a real woman to spend a Friday night alone at home ok! While all you crazy kids are out with friends enjoying the weekend, drink one for me. Ugh I'm so lame. It's ok I'm going to make up for it tomorrow! Margaritas with Cara!!!!!! What up Monday????

Ok.soooooo I haven't updated in a while. I've been SO tired busy with work it's ridiculous. I got back from Denver on Friday and I think I could have probably slept the entire weekend. But I was a trooper and had an amazing relaxing weekend with my lover, friends, and family. Friday night I met up with Jamie and Jourdan to eat some delicious margaritas mexican food. It's always good to catch up with them at the end of the week. 


Tim got home really late that night but I was so glad to finally see him. We had a rough week apart and I missed the you-know-what out of him! He was off Saturday so I woke up to the smell of a DELICIOUS breakfast. ahhhh the perks of dating a chef :-) I got to spend the rest of the day by the pool with him and it was absolutely wonderful! Look how sexy he is....

Sunday for Mother's Day we went to brunch with mom, Marty, Grady, Rachel (grady's gf), and the grandparents. It was quite the delicious meal. Afterwards we went back to mom's house to lay by the pool and catch some sun. I love my mom so much. I think she might be the strongest person I know. She's amazing. 

If I could "grow up" to be half the woman she is... I'd be alright

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY (just kidding mom)... I GOT THE IPHONE 4 LAST NIGHTTTTTT!!!! It's beautiful. I'm obsessed. Tim wasn't too thrilled I spent last night ooohing and ahhhing over it. Sorry bout it..... 

But anywho, Jack and I are going to enjoy this Monday together and watch all the girly TV shows while Tim is at work... SUCKERRRRRRRRR :-)
